Badak 178 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service on Badak 178, you automatically acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

• Badak 178 is not liable for any losses arising from a shared password or security negligence on the part of the member.

All financial transactions on Badak 178 conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We do not accept or process any transactions in foreign currencies.

The minimum deposit is RM20 and processing typically takes anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes depending on the method chosen. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 and processed within 15 to 30 minutes for e-wallet methods, or up to 1 business day for FPX bank transfers.

Badak 178 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. This is a standard fraud protection procedure carried out in the interest of our members. Any deposit made using an unrecognised payment method or through an unauthorised third party may be declined and returned.

All bets placed on Badak 178 subject to the following general rules. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these rules.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the member.
• Badak 178 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet in the event of a technical error in the display of odds.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, specific settlement rules will apply depending on the sport and market in question.
• Bets are only valid upon receipt of official confirmation from the system. No bet shall be considered valid prior to such confirmation.
• Badak 178 reserves the right to limit the bet size or number of bets for any member at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit odds errors, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account closure.

Any decision issued by Badak 178 regarding bet settlement is final and binding, unless a proven technical error has occurred. Any disputes relating to bet settlement must be submitted within 48 hours of the result being announced.

Badak 178 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new members. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover requirement) stated in each promotional offer.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be directly converted to cash, and may not be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
• Badak 178 reserves the right to void bonuses if fraud or promotional abuse is suspected.
• Each bonus has a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.

• Playing Time Limit: Set reminders or time limits for your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for between 1 day and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: The option to self-exclude permanently or for an extended period.

Badak 178 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time if:

• The member is in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities are detected.
• Member provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Member has engaged in bonus abuse or exploitation of technical errors.
• A request has been received from a law enforcement authority or regulatory body.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting Badak 178 customer support via live chat. Any valid account balance will be returned upon completion of the review process, provided there are no outstanding claims or investigations.

To the extent permitted by law, Badak 178 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from unfavourable betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or technical issues beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party due to your own negligence.
• The accuracy or completeness of odds information displayed under exceptional circumstances.

Badak 178 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for security or legal reasons.

It is your responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically. Your continued use of the Badak 178 platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation before being referred to the relevant tribunal or court in Malaysia.
